The Office of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy has issued a class deviation establishing procedures to be used when issuing solicitations and awarding contracts under FAR Part 19 to small businesses, 8(a) participants, HUBZone concerns, economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses, and other WOSBs.
