In its protest of the Army’s solicitation for the Distributed Common Ground System-Army Increment 2, Palantir Technologies has alleged that the Army blocked its products from being evaluated for compatibility with DCGS-A; rescinded and altered an evaluation to remove favorable findings related to Palantir’s capabilities; and ignored reported allegations of bias.
