Nichols Liu Initiating Litigation to Stop the Foreign Assistance Freeze

Nichols Liu has found a way to have industry associations act as plaintiffs in challenging the freeze on foreign assistance funding. We have initiated discussions with certain organizations to see if they will act as plaintiffs.  (This is in addition to our attempts to have individual organizations act as plaintiffs.)

Our firm is happy to file these lawsuits on a “low bono” basis where we cover our costs. The associations will need support from members to make this happen. Please consider talking to your associations about this path forward.
