Streamlining Federal Contract Terminations Could Ease Hardships for Contractors and Grantees
Federal agencies are facing a deluge of termination settlement proposals (TSPs) as they cancel thousands of contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements—a situation that threatens to cause costly delays, interest charges, and litigation while prolonging hardship for contractors and grantees.
