China to Bolster Cybersecurity with Industry Assistance
Chinese authorities—including the Cyberspace Administration of China; the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China; and the Standardization Administration of China—have announced that the government will introduce new mandatory national standards for regulating cybersecurity, personal information protection, cyber information sharing, and other fields.
