Pillsbury – Beginning January 1, 2027, DFARS 252.225-7052 (MAY 2024) prohibits delivery of covered material mined, refined, or separated in China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran on all contracts and subcontracts where the clause is incorporated and no clause exception applies.
