Pfizer’s Mexico Operations Under DOJ and SEC Investigation
Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has disclosed that the DOJ and SEC are also investigating possible FCPA violations by its personnel in Mexico, in addition to Russia and China, as it disclosed in 2019 and 2020.
