Operation Car Wash Leads to FCPA Conviction
The Eastern District of New York has secured a guilty plea from the former CEO of Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem S.A. José Carlos Grubisich pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiring to violate the FCPA:
