Department of Justice – Physicians Imran Chishti and Shamim Justin Badiyan and their respective Missouri medical practices (C Care LLC and Psych Care Consultants LLC) have agreed to pay a total of about $525,000 to resolve allegations they received kickbacks for referring patients for laboratory testing.
