BayCare Health System of Florida Settles Allegations of Impermissible Medicaid Donations for $20 Million
BayCare Health System and its associates running four Florida hospitals have agreed to pay $20 million to resolve allegations that they made improper donations to the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County to improperly fund the state’s share of Medicaid payments to BayCare.
