In the meantime, the legality of the 10,000 terminations remains unresolved. Nevertheless, Nichols Liu continues helping file termination settlement proposals. Hopefully the Administration will take Nichols Liu’s advice on how to expedite the administration of those TSPs to avoid an avalanche of unnecessary litigation.
