Taft Stenttinius & Hollister – The FAR Council has issued a proposed rule promising to require contractors and subcontractors to (1) disclose, in job announcements, compensation that they will offer a successful applicant and (2) prohibit them from either seeking or considering information about applicants' compensation history when making employment decisions.
