Z-Stat Medical LLC—which does business in Florida as Oldsmar Pharmacy—and owner Larry Smith have agreed to a settlement with federal prosecutors over allegations that they charged the federal government greatly inflated prices for pain medications which were promoted by sales agents who received kickbacks for reimbursed prescriptions.
