DOJ Obtains Another Settlement in P-Stim Fraud

Two related Philadelphia-area chiropractic practices and their owners have agreed to pay over $800,000 to resolve allegations that they fraudulent billed federal health programs for application of ANSiStim-brand P-Stim electro-acupuncture devices, as if they were surgically implanting neuro-stimulators.
