Federal Contractor Sentenced for Small Business Fraud
Ronald Villanueva, a federal contractor who also served as a Virginia state legislator, has been sentenced in District Court to 2.5 years in prison, for is role in a conspiracy using two small businesses that brought in $80 million in fraudulent federal contracts.
