OFAC Adds Russians, Chechen Group to Magnitsky Sanctions List
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has imposed sanctions under the Magnitsky Act on five individuals and a Chechen group, for extra-judicial killings and for torturing of LGBT individuals.
