2 U.S. Intelligence Officers and A Private Contractor Indicted in Alleged $1.5 M Bid-Rigging Scheme
A federal grand jury in Denver has indicted three people in an alleged $1.5 million bid-rigging scheme: Kevin Kuciapinski, an Air Force major working at the National Reconnaissance Office; NSA agent Randolph Stimac; and Mykhael Kuciapinski, owner of Company G, a government contractor.
