Criminal Antitrust Anti-Retaliation Act Offers Protections to Whistleblowers

The Criminal Antitrust Anti-Retaliation Act would create new whistleblower protections in the criminal antitrust arena. Passed by the Senate last month, the legislation is intended to encourage antitrust whistleblowers to come forward and protect them from retaliation if they reasonably believe antitrust laws are being violated.
