August Tip of the Month: EEOC Proposes to Rescind EEO-1 Reporting

Ashurst Perkins Coie – On July 21, 2026, the EEOC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to rescind the requirement that employers file certain annual reports, most notably the EEO-1 report required of private employers with 100 or more employees and certain federal contractors with 50 or more employees.
