Some Companies Struggling to Embed ESG Factors in M&A Execution
As environmental, social, and governance (ESG) becomes more integral to corporate strategy, many corporate leaders and senior M&A executives now recognize the importance of ESG in their decisions, according to a recent survey by Deloitte. However, the survey findings also indicate that appreciating the importance of sustainability issues in M&A strategy is not the same as knowing how to address them in transaction execution.
