Dutch DPA Issues Guidelines on Privacy Policies Following Investigation
On April 17, 2019, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens issued six recommendations (in Dutch) for companies, to be taken into account when drafting privacy policies.
