DHS Makes Mobile Security a Priority
The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate will soon announce a new research program that will bake-in security for mobile device applications. “Whether you consume a mobile application or you develop one for the government, we’re gong to have security baked in,” explained Vincent Sritapan, program manager in the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency's Cyber Security Division, during FCW’s recent Mobility Summit.
